Delivery and Returns
SHIPPING
All products are shipped and tracked with Hermes.
We aim to get all orders shipped within 1-3 working days, but this may vary at peak times.
Free Local delivery is offered in Trowbridge to all BA14 postcodes, this will be offered at the checkout if available. Local delivery is only free when 'Local Delivery' is selected at the checkout. Standard delivery to Trowbridge will incur the standard shipping fee as your orders will be sent with Hermes.
Our products are handmade in smaller batches, this may result in a small wait for orders and minimal variations in colour and appearance.
RETURNS
Please note wax melts, personalised items, sale items and gift vouchers are non returnable.
Returns of other items are accepted within 14 days starting from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent (including all packaging) for a full refund of the item. Postage costs will not be refunded and we do not cover the cost of the return postage.
Please note whilst we try our best to ensure our wax melts stay in one piece during transport, we cannot guarantee they will not arrive chipped or broken.
If the items are faulty when the consumer receives them, the consumer must notify Waxiva upon receipt. Once notified we will recommend returning the items to us via royal mail signed for, to be used as proof of postage. Upon the receipt of the goods we will inspect them, and if the goods are found to be faulty we will refund any return postage charge incurred as well as the cost of the item.
Any returns lost in the mail are not the responsibility or liability of Waxiva. The consumer must file a claim with the courier service used.
